From CBE Week to Recharge Virtual Events, CBE programming is curated to promote and celebrate Black professionals and Black businesses. Our goals are centered on building, promoting, and inspiring members of our community, while establishing an ecosystem that supports their unique needs and perpetuates Black excellence.
CBE Week creates an ecosystem of support within the Black community by bringing together Black professionals across sectors for panels, networking, and recruitment opportunities.
From the Supplier Diversity Fair to the CBE Pitch Competition and Legal Match Day, CBE Connect promotes Black entrepreneurs and suppliers, providing companies with opportunities to diversify sourcing.
Year-round, CBE facilitates the career growth of our membership by providing career fairs and other recruitment opportunities for our partners to engage with our members in various capacities.
Code Black Gala is a fun-filled celebration of Black excellence, recognizing prominent people and nonprofit organizations supporting the Black community.
CBE’s Impact Nonprofit Program provides financial and personnel support to 501(c)(3) organizations devoted to elevating the Black community.
Recharge provides CBE members access to dynamic thought leaders, community resources, and a variety of educational and networking opportunities throughout the year.

Each year, CBE celebrates Black excellence by recognizing leading trailblazers in the community across four awards: Community Champion Award, Tech Innovation Award, Impact Investor Award, and the Art & Culture Disruptor Award.
CBE recognizes and awards grants to unsung heroes who are positively impacting diverse communities and inspiring the next generation of leaders. The 2020 cohort focused on nonprofits dedicated to criminal justice reform and rehabilitation efforts.
