CBE & Chef Mimi partnered to host the Black Food & Wine Experience on the road to CBE Week 2019! Four chefs participated in fierce live cooking competition to determine which chef would design the menu for the CBE Code Black Gala on February 23, 2019!
Congratulations to our winner- Chef Chauncy! Over 300 attendees came together to celebrate Black excellence in the food and beverage industry. They sampled a variety of vegan and meat cuisines from renowned Bay Area Black chefs, sampled beverages from Black owned wineries and coffee shops, and danced the night away!
