Getting involved
with cbe

We are excited to get your company involved in an organization that is dedicated to unifying and elevating the Black community. Sponsorship of CBE is one of the most visible ways to promote your organization’s commitment to uplifting the Black community as a whole.

There are a number of opportunities to get involved.

  • Sponsor the CBE Summit
  • Sponsor the CBE Code Black Gala.
  • Sponsor a CBE Recharge Event.
  • Sponsor a CBE Partnership Event.
  • Support CBE Year Round.

Our goal is to continue to be a space where organizations dedicated to uplifting the Black community can come together, amplify our collective impact and support goals in diversity recruitment, retention, and philanthropy.

  • Develop cross sectoral programming that reaches 1,000+ Black professionals and provides opportunities to hear from leading experts, generate business leads, and advance diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • Create a robust Impact Nonprofit Program that partners and supports nonprofits having a positive impact on the Black community
  • Provide organizations with an opportunity to recruit top talent and enhance the business brand

Why should your
company sponsor
a CBE event?

  • SHOWCASE your commitment to diversity
  • SPEAK on panels and workshops
  • BROADEN your brand reach and hit a unique target market of 1,000+ young and seasoned Black professionals across 6 different sectors: tech, legal, entertainment, health, education, and finance
  • INTERVIEW AND RECRUIT talented Black professionals with a variety of unique experiences
  • ENHANCE EMPLOYEE professional development
  • GIVE BACK to the community!

“We are family coming together to celebrate, connect and multiply the power of our community. I could not be any more energized and filled to continue this journey of building up our community and the world around us.” #BetterTogether.”

Tasha Easton, VMware

Not able to sponsor a CBE Week event? There are still opportunities to get your company or organization involved! CBE Week will have open event slots for companies and organizations to host events, which will be promoted to the CBE network.

“It was the best black professional networking event of the year!”
